Cameras with Audio frequency sensors

I got this idea when i was in a Conference room.

The problem I saw is, in general the camera is fixed to one direction in a conference room and one person can change the shoot angle of the camera. But most of the time its fixed and suppose there is a situation where many people talk, in such scenarios it will not show at their side which is almost like an audio conference rather than Video.

The solution that can be is: If we have a audio sensor to the camera and if the shoot angle changes based on sensor respose, it would be better. In this we need to put 2 mandatory conditions,

• Provide on default angle, its useful when no one in the room is speaking(towards the screen or Dias)


• freeze the angles of speakers in the sensor so that cam will not turn towards speakers when it is detected by the sensor.

I guess such cameras might already be in market, Im not sure.

New Policy for software employees

In present days the main problems to the software employees is job security, recession. As a software employee he/she even can’t say tomorrow he/she will be in the office. In some cases with in hours we were sent out of companies, what ever may be the reason. So, in such situation to survive, why can’t we have a policy?

Then I got this idea, and it would be as follows:

• Employee takes this policy for different amounts
• He need to work for at least 6 months in the company after he applies for it and then he can get some amount per month if he looses job
• This money will be given by bank for few months only.(chance to search for some other job or business)
• This months count for which bank gives will be calculated based on the months from which he is having the policy (like for every 6 months, 2 months will be added)
• And amount that will be given per month is based on the policy amount he is taking for.

Advantages of this will be:

• Person who claims have a safety of getting money during recession
• He gets few extra months with no burden for money to find new job or business
• If every thing goes cool, at end he can get it as pension on he can take complete amount .(this ending method will be like combining the policy to some other in the starting while taking it.)
• If he uses it some time (means if bank pays him for some months in between), then we have separate method of calculation and give the amount at 55 years of his or her age.

Hope this works fine if any bank implements this policy. Lets see if some one gets this sort of idea and does it with some better calculations and beneficiaries to the employee.

When do I stop Learning and start enjoying???

In my schooling, my dad and teachers used to say every day, if you study hard now, then you can enjoy in your future well with one leg on other leg. So thinking for the enjoyment when I grow up, I spent all my childhood with books in front.

Slowly I came to 9^th. There I was sent to a biggg school as we all knew 10^th is very crucial. There the real push started. “Work hard this 2 years, you need to cross 550, then entire intermediate you all can rock”, these are words of our teachers who taught us. With high effort as for my capability, I completed 10^th successfully, off course I did not reach to the target.

Then the expected turning point of entire life came, Intermediate. There I choose Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. In that too there are 3 gigantic options. With lots of overconfidence or confidence, I chose IIT. Every day our faculty used to say, “You might feel it’s difficult to study these, but look for fruits in the future and work hard now. Then you can enjoy all the four engineering years and also the future after it”. I felt like, its all common thing that I am hearing from my 7^th. I even got confusion in my mind, when do I really stop learning and start enjoying. Any how, we should not think about such big confusions, so left it and concentrated on studies. There the thing changed. This course included lots of big big problems and only problems in all 3 subjects, heavy books which can be used for dumbbells off course. Finally as I expected in my first year, I failed in IIT and entered into BTech through our eamcet (Like came back to mother land from foreign).

“Hurray, I entered into BTech with IT option, I can enjoy completely, with system as well as in college and outside with friends”, with these thoughts I entered into college gates on my first day of my BTech. Off course I enjoyed it. But, it’s like not stopping the learning part of my life, I realized that it’s the starting of learning, so far what all we read is all nothing, like a drop in an ocean.

It’s too horrible that every semester we used to get new technologies as well as some boring, sleepy subjects. Around 50 subjects we learnt with great effort. It included interesting subjects like C, C++, Java, .Net, Flash and also most boring and difficult theory subjects like EDC, POC and some ok subjects CN, CG, MC and so on.

Finally I completed all successfully with lots of certificates in hand and nothing in my mind and those all I have to lead the next splendid life. Now I got job. I thought, “at least now I can relax and stop learning and enjoy the life with fun and also with all what I have learnt in past by recollecting them carefully”. But…….

On the first day of our joining into the company we had a meet with one great person in the company. His first words are, “Welcome guys, you might have tired so far with studies and all might be on opinion that you can relax. Isn’t it?” then our answers are “Yes” with lots of enthusiasm in us. Then he told, “If so, you will stop your growth here. It’s an ending.” Again confusion started in me. He added, “Until we die we need to learn to lead the life and to live the life. We need to be the superiors ever. If it’s so we should never stop learning. And that too in the field you have chosen, every day a new technology comes in to market. To survive in this environment, you need to run with this world.” I am happy that at least now he told truth, not like my old teachers who cheated me saying, “Study now to enjoy later with out learning”.

I finally concluded to mind saying, “Dude, you need to enjoy learning, then your entire life is enjoying only, with learning which you need to survive”

Alarm Application in Cell Phones

In present days we are so habituated to cell phones that we even use it for alarms. We almost left the Alarm clocks. I got a small idea about this alarm application in cell phones and so sharing it here, and hope it will be useful.

In general once we set alarm, the button need to be pressed to stop or turn it off is the end / right top button and it’s a standard one. We all got habituated to that button too and so, most of the time even we put the alarms we turn off them and continue sleeping when they are trying to wake us. In some important and urgent timing too we do face such problem.

So, my idea is why to have the same button to be pressed always to off, which is the main CAUSE for our problem!!! So, we can have a small application which while asking to put an alarm, it prompts for severity in the rating of 1 to 5. Once we give some value (eg: 3), while ringing the alarm it shows 1 to 5 random numbers (this count is the severity we entered) on the screen and the alarm stops only when we press those numbers in order, correctly.

Now, this alarm will surely do its job to woke us and we can avoid the common reason of saying, "My alarm didn't wake me, Sorry for delay". So, if possible try this simple App and use it in your mobiles...

Most Difficult and Responsible Job!!!

When we see outside world, there are many jobs that bring fame, like IAS, CEO, IPS etc and also rich jobs like CA, Software Engineers, Management etc and survival jobs like daily wage employees, clerk and many more. Of all these, there is the most difficult and responsible job, which is that of the "Teacher".

Even from olden days, we can see the 3rd God to a person as the "Guru". It is such an important job that all the above job possessing people are shaped by a "Teacher". The future of world depends on his behavior, words and thoughts.

One can be made as a great person or a thief or whatever way, it all depends on the "Teacher". Mostly in India, a person, until he is 20 years old, just follows or sees the world through the "Teacher" in his 4 closed walls-his school. So, it all depends on the "Teacher", how well he narrates, shows the world and also moulds him for his and for the world's benefit .

So, as it is such a responsible job, before you choose it, think once and also maintain its value.

career option

We selected BE IT may be to know it, to get some degree, to find some job through that or by our parents wish and at last by interest in that. But now may be due to recession we again thinking to study(most people).

But this time, the reason for selecting an option shouldn't be the same as above.

We are not kids, to follow some one. off course if we select due to the same above reasons, the result will be same as we end up in BE.

As an example, if we select MBA, see if you fit to that post or not, mean are u an manager or follower? once check out in your life so far, if you have come across qualities any where!!!!!

just selecting it, getting into some college, studying and implementing what we learn will not make us live long in that field.....

Love the path you selected, see what will you do in that later and try to to do it from now and check if u are suitable for that...........

Its really time waste and money too, if we select to study some thing rather than being free.

its better to opt for some job by your own or under some one which makes you earn some and also the experience which you cant get by paying!!!!!!!!!!!!
